All appointments are subject to MANDATORY preparatory protocols. If these protocols are not followed, the appointment will be cancelled and a $50 non-refundable fee charged. No exceptions. Be sure to review these protocols to insure compliance.
For all Saturday Appointments, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments types accepted at time of service: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and some HSA/FSA debit cards. In the event the HSA/FSA card declines, you are responsible for full payment and we will provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
